ImageToMermaid is operated by TensorHub Solutions Inc., a corporation incorporated under the Business Corporations Act (Alberta), Canada (Corporate Access Number 2025394319), with its registered office at 9433 100A St NW, Edmonton, Alberta T5K 0V4, Canada. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to TensorHub Solutions Inc.
ImageToMermaid converts diagram images into Mermaid.js code using AI. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
You may use the service without an account (subject to free tier limits). Creating an account requires a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
If you buy a credit pack without an account, we create one for you using the email address you give Stripe at checkout, and email you a sign-in link. That address becomes your account identifier.
If the service does not work for your diagrams, email support@imagetomermaid.com and we will refund your purchase. We do not require a reason. The free conversions exist so you can check the service works on your own diagrams before paying.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. Because credits are made available to you as soon as payment completes, you agree that performance begins immediately. Our refund practice above is intended to be at least as generous as that statutory right.
We may change or discontinue the service. If we discontinue it entirely, we will refund unused purchased credits. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects credits you have already bought.

You retain ownership of any images you upload and any Mermaid code generated from them. We do not claim any rights to your content. Uploaded images are processed temporarily and not stored permanently.
The Mermaid code generated by our AI may not perfectly replicate your original diagram. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the output before using it in any critical application.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits any right or remedy you have under consumer protection legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded, including the Consumer Protection Act (Alberta) and equivalent legislation where you live.
You may stop using the service at any time and can request deletion of your account by emailing support. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms. If we terminate your account for a reason other than a breach, we will refund any unused purchased credits.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law rules. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Alberta.
If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, or of your right to bring proceedings there.
